If the collector/client/buyer decides to cancel an order or booking, all payments, including deposits, are non-refundable.

 

However, if an accidental overpayment occurs, Samantha Lukan will correct the amount and return the excess to the collector/client/buyer.

    For example:

          •    If the portrait is $400 and $425 was accidentally sent, the extra $25 can either be applied toward shipping costs or refunded.

          •    If $1,000 was accidentally sent for a $400 portrait, the extra $600 will be refunded.

 

Refunds for accidental overpayments are usually processed within 3 to 5 business days.

 

All payments cover materials, supplies, their use, and securing a spot on Samantha's waitlist. All sales are final and non-refundable.
